9. Orders and Payments

10. OEEKI Account Balance

 11. OEEKI Warranty Policy

11.1 OEEKI Guarantee is a service provided by OEEKI or a unit authorized by OEEKI to protect transactions. To prevent liability risk, the amount paid by Buyer to Seller for an order will be retained by OEEKI or a OEEKI-authorized entity (“OEEKI Guarantee Account”). The seller will not receive interest or any other benefit on funds in the OEEKI secured account.

11.2 After the Buyer has paid for the Order ("Buyer Pays"), the Buyer's payment will remain in the OEEKI Guarantee Account until:

(a) Buyer sends OEEKI confirmation that he has received the item, in which case OEEKI will transfer Buyer's payment to Seller's OEEKI Secured Account unless Clause 11.2(d) applies;

13. Female Shipping

16. Charges
